Miyoko “Maggie” Myers passed peacefully in Rock Hill, S.C. on Monday, November 1, 2021. At time of death Miyoko resided in Rock Hill S.C., previously resided in Salem, Va. after a long-time residence in New Castle Va., childhood residence in Fukuoka Japan. Maggie was a beloved Mother, Grandmother, sister and Aunt.
Maggie is survived by son, Jeffrey C. Myers and wife, Diana of Rock Hill, S.C.; precious granddaughter, Madison Myers and great-grandson, Alaric Porter of Waxhaw, N.C.; brother, Teruo Okuda, Hideo Okuda and Yoko Morimitsu and Shiguko, all of Japan; numerous nephews and nieces, also of Japan; sister-in-law, Cathy Bostic and husband, Mike Bostic; sister-in-law, Toni Doss and husband, Coleman Doss; niece, Lauren, and many wonderful friends. She was preceded by Son Kenneth Dale Myers of Ft Wayne, Ind.
