Linda Shott shattered the previous RV USBC WBA Women’s High Series of 755 set in the 1996-97 season by Sheila Hicks. Laurie Zirkle bowled her first 300 in the Vinton Belles League at Vinton Bowling Center on January 26, 2006. Laurie is the first RVWBA bowler to achieve this prestigious milestone. Laurie has been bowling on-and-off for about 30 years and has been a member of the Roanoke Valley WBA for 14 years.
