The Virginia State USBC organizational meeting is scheduled for June 27, 2009. It will be held at the Best Western Inn & Conference Center in Waynesboro and will start at 1:30pm. All Virginia USBC members are invited. The meeting will consist of approving (or changing) the proposed bylaws and electing officers/directors for the new, merged state board.
