In loving memory of June Darlene Sink Bailey, 67, of Wirtz, Va., who went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on December 21, 2009. June was an avid bowler and was the 1992 Virginia Women’s State All Events Champion, and she also loved her trips to Ocean Lakes Campground. But above all else she loved her family and always tried to put their needs before her own. She is survived by her husband, Marvin L. Bailey; three sons, Marvin L. Bailey Jr., Michael D. Bailey, Aaron J. Bailey and his wife, Janine; three grandchildren, Christopher Aaron Bailey, Chelsie Nicole Bailey, Jennifer Lynn Bailey; stepgranddaughter, Katrina Dawn Robertson and her husband, Antwyne; her mother, Claudia Terrell; her sister, Carolyn Martin and husband, James E. Martin Jr.; niece, Deborah Combs; and nephew, James E. Martin III. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 26, 2009, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, in the Roanoke Chapel of Lotz Funeral Home with the Rev.
