The Bowling Foundation

The Bowling Foundation is a recently-formed non-profit organization that partners with key groups in the bowling industry to create a single focus point for bowling’s charitable efforts. The Bowling Foundation is officially recognized by the Bowling Proprietors’ Association of America, Professional Bowlers Association, United States Bowling Congress and Strike Ten Entertainment as the charitable arm of bowling.

A national television audience will get a closer look at the charitable work of the bowling industry during The Bowling Foundation Long Island Classic, this week’s stop on the Lumber Liquidators PBA Tour.

24 Proposed Changes to USBC Bylaws and League Rules

On May 2, 2009, USBC Annual Meeting delegates will be voting on 24 proposed changes to the USBC Bylaws and league rules, including raising the cap on USBC National and State dues. Please take the time to read the proposals so your opinion can be voiced at the GRAUSBC Annual Meeting on March 14, 2009. Our delegates to the USBC National Convention need to know how the membership would like them to vote.

USBC Women’s Championship format changes for 2010

The USBC Women’s Championships will undergo major format changes in 2010 when the event makes its debut in a specially constructed arena setting in El Paso, Texas. And the dealine for entering the 2009 USBC Women’s Championship Tournament has been extended until March 9, 2009. Read more HERE.
