    National Association (USBC) Board of Directors Applications

    The deadline to submit applications for positions on the 2012-13 United States Bowling Congress (National) Board of Directors and Youth Committee is Setpember 1, 2011.
 Applications for the USBC Board of Directors will be reviewed by a Nominating Committee; the committee will then recommend a slate of candidates to delegates ahead of the USBC Convention, scheduled for April 25-28, 2012 in Arlington, Texas. For the 2012 election, the Nominating Committee will slate up to two candidates for each of the four positions open for election. Candidates may also run from the floor. The process for nominations to the USBC Youth Committee will not change for 2012. That committee assists in promoting and governing youth components of the organization.     2011 Summer Leagues


    Summer Leagues are forming! For information on leagues at AMF Hilltop Lanes, Lee-Hi Lanes, or Vinton Bowling Center see our LEAGUES page. For information on Summer Leagues at Rocky Mount Bowling Center, contact the center (contact information available on our BOWLING CENTERS page). Please contact the bowling center directly if you have any questions. Leagues are always looking for more members, even if the schedule has already started.

    GRAUSBC 2011 Youth Scholarship Recipients

    Two youth bowlers have been chosen as recipients of the GRAUSBC Youth Scholarship. They are: Robert Tyler Stone, of Franklin County High School and Christy Martin of Salem City High School, with $1,000 scholarships each.

    March 6, 2011 Ann St. Hilaire Tournament Results

    The results from the sixth Ann St. Hilaire Youth Traveling Scholarship Tournament of the season have been received. The tournament was held at Vinton Bowling Center on March 6, 2011. The results can be viewed HERE. The next tournament will be April 3, 2011 at Lee-Hi lanes.
