The results from the fourth Ann St. Hilaire Youth Traveling Scholarship Tournament of the season have been received. The tournament was held at Rocky Mount Bowling Center on January 2, 2011. The results can be viewed HERE. The next tournament will be February 6, 2011 at Rocky Mount Bowling Center.

Any graduating high school senior is eligible to apply for the Blake Harrison Memorial Star of Tomorrow Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to one female and one male and are renewable for an additional three years if the required GPA is met. The award amounts, renewals and the number of scholarships awarded each year are given at the discretion of the Board of Trustees. The applicants must have unimpaired amateur standing in all athletics and be a member of a league certified in the State of Virginia by the USBC in good standing for the current season. The rest of the eligibility requirements are listed within the application paperwork. Applications are available on our FORMS page under the “Other” category and from the Virginia State USBC website.
The deadline for GRAUSBC Director Applications is December 31, 2010. Elections will be held during the Annual Meeting in March 2011 for the following positions: 2nd Vice-President, Sergeant-At-Arms, 3 Adult Directors and 2 Youth Directors. Forms are available at all the local bowling centers and on our FORMS page under the “Local Association” section.
